Common questions

How do I cancel my Pupnik+ subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. In Pupnik, open Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Or open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pupnik → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

In Pupnik: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your dog, walks, and account credentials within seven days. Cancel any active Apple subscription separately.

Is my home location visible to other users?

No. Your real home location never leaves our servers. When you appear on the leaderboard, only a ±500-meter blurred coordinate is shared with neighbors.

What if my walk is faster than walking pace?

Pupnik is designed for walks at 0.3–3.0 m/s (a slow stroll up to a brisk pace). Walks averaging faster than that are flagged as invalid and don't earn XP. If you believe a flag is wrong, email us with the date and time.

Can I use Pupnik with multiple dogs?

Free accounts support one dog. Standard Pupnik+ supports up to four dogs per account — useful for couples sharing a dog (the partner accepts a co-owner invite) or homes with multiple dogs.
