Report content or a safety concern
Pupnik has no direct messages, but dog profiles, photos, names, bios, likes, Pack activity, and shared cards can still be seen by other people. If something looks unsafe, abusive, sexual, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise does not belong, please report it.
In the Pupnik app
- Open the dog's profile.
- Tap the ••• menu, then choose Report.
- Select the closest reason and add any useful context.
You can also choose Block owner from that same menu. Blocking removes the relationship from social discovery surfaces and can be managed later in Privacy settings.
On a public Pupnik web link
Email support@pupnik.app with the full link, what you want reviewed, and an optional screenshot. Please do not send account passwords, precise location details, or more sensitive material than is needed to explain the concern.
What happens next
We review reports and may hide or remove content from the relevant surface, restrict visibility, or take action on an account where appropriate. We do not guarantee that every concern will be identified before it is visible, so reporting and blocking are important parts of the community-safety system.
Immediate danger
Do not wait for an app report if a person or animal is in immediate danger. Contact local emergency services, animal control, or another appropriate local authority first.
Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the community rules and how we handle report context.
