Pupnik press kit
The pitch in one sentence
Pupnik turns the walk you already do into a quest — GPS routes, hidden treasures, levels, streaks, and a neighborhood leaderboard, all built around the dog.
Who it's for
The dog parent who already walks daily and wants something more interesting than counting steps. Not a fitness app, not a vet app — a game layered onto a habit you're already doing.
What ships at v1
- GPS-tracked walks with motion validation (no spoofing for XP)
- Real-world collectibles seeded around your neighborhood
- 50-level dog progression, milestones, and streak rewards
- Privacy-first neighborhood leaderboard (home location blurred ±500m)
- Share-card recaps for Instagram, TikTok, iMessage
Why it's notable
- Solo-built, AI-assisted. One founder, shipped in months — a worked example of what a dog-loving solo founder can build with Claude in 2026.
- Privacy posture. Real coordinates never leave the server. Other users only ever see a blurred area. One toggle hides you from the leaderboard.
- Anti-spoofing. Walks must show a realistic human-pace motion profile to earn XP. Sitting on the couch with a GPS spoofer doesn't work.
Reviewer access (TestFlight)
We'll send a TestFlight invite with a starter dog already at level 5 and an inventory pre-populated, so you can review depth without grinding ten walks. Email tyler@pupnik.app with the email tied to your Apple ID; invite goes out within 6 hours.
